We highly recommend booking your accommodation at Asturias Hotel, as this is where our event will be held. Please note that many roads nearby are currently under construction, which may cause heavy traffic. Staying at the venue will be the most convenient option.

On behalf of The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles Inc., it is my distinct honor to invite you to the 45th National Congress – 3rd Regular Session on November 21-22, 2025 at the  Leyte Convention Center, Palo, Leyte, proudly hosted by our dedicated brothers and sisters from the region.

This year, we gather under the theme, “A Stronger Commitment to Unity and Service” — a powerful reminder of our continuing duty as Eagles to uphold our principles, strengthen our bonds, and serve with passion and purpose.

More than just an official assembly, this event is also an opportunity to enjoy the natural wonders of Palawan — a time to relax, recharge, and celebrate our shared mission in the spirit of camaraderie and togetherness.
